More of Rome Coronavirus COVID-19 Safety Protocol for all guided tours in Rome.
Here, at More of Rome, we take to heart safety of our guides, operators, providers, and of course, our guests. Therefore, we have established COVID-19 Safety Protocol to comply with the present decree, to prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to keep everyone safe. Please read carefully as this protocol directly concerns your safety and health.
1. Face Masks.
All participants and the guide must use face masks for the entire duration of a tour, on all tours.
2. Hand Hygiene
The use of hand-sanitizer is recommended even for the people who wear rubber or latex gloves. Remember that if used incorrectly, gloves can increase the chance of spread of disease!
3. Social Distancing
It is fundamental to respect the safety distance of 6 feet or 1.8 meters between the participants (who do not live together), and between the participants and the guide.
4. Record Keeping
In order to make it easier for the local health centers to trace the participants in case of infection, More of Rome must keep the record of the names of all participants, for 30 days from the date of an activity.
5. Small Groups
In order to minimize the chance of the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), More of Rome must reduce the number of participants per group to 9 people maximum.
6. The Use of Headsets
To prevent possible contact between the participants and the guide, More of Rome will use equipment like speakers or headsets.
7. Food/Drink
No food or drink can be exchanged between the participants and the guide, during the tour.
8. Copy
Copy of this protocol to be included in every voucher or ticket provided by More of Rome.
9. Reminders
Before every tour, the guide or coordinator, will read COVID-19 Safety Protocol out loud to all members of the group, and remind regularly to respect it.
Attention!
These are the measures that we will have to adopt in order to keep everyone safe.
In case of refusal to respect these safety measures the participant(s) will be asked to leave the group immediately.
In case of a guide or any member of the staff disrespecting the safety measures, participants can leave the tour, request a refund, and are obligated to report this activity to the administration of More of Rome.
If you have any questions, suggestions, or concerns, please feel free to contact More of Rome.
